Personal consultations

We explain in simple terms how to prepare for the next stage of your life. Our service offers one-hour consultations that are designed to inform and educate you to improve your understanding and give you the confidence to make smart decisions.

We use freely available factual information and applications from official and legitimate internet sources, including your own super fund. We use modern technology, to provide a traditional service by translating retirement information into a meaningful tool that you can use and apply to your own needs.

How we work & our fees

Different to anyone else, our one hour face to face or over the phone consultations are offered in the comfort of your own home with family or friends.

We offer evening and weekend appointments at no additional cost, as we understand this is often the best time for hard working Australians to talk. When you invite us into your home, we encourage small groups to spread the cost. Our consultants can answer all of your questions.

Our hourly appointment rate is  currently $0 for up to four people.

If you are in receipt of the Commonwealth Seniors Card we have discounts available through Smart Service QLD https://www.qld.gov.au/seniors/legal-finance-concessions/seniors-card

The discounts are 18% for couples and 25% for singles*.

We do not offer discounts for groups. Please contact us for larger group rates.

We accept the following payment types:

​Please note that payments by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay incur a 1.9% service fee.

* If you are single and have a friend or family member with you for comfort, you are still entitled to a 25% discount.
